Overview

Administrative support with clerical duties for Freese & Nichols.

Tasks

-Composing and typing of routine correspondence, including emails and faxes -Editing PowerPoint presentations -Schedule or coordinate meetings, handouts, lunches, travel, etc. -Receiving calls and visitors -Inputting timesheet and expense reports -Attending meetings and taking minutes -Assist in special projects as needed -Printing, binding, delivering of proposals (Regional or National Office) -Performing minor edits/format fixes of technical specifications and reports -Sending and receiving mail -Proofreading technical reports and documents for grammatical or numerical errors

What You Bring

-Interpersonal and communication skills including proficiency in English spelling and grammar -3+ years' experience in administrative support role -High school diploma or equivalent -Associate degree in administration or other related field -Experience in the AEC industry -Basic clerical skills including basic computer and keyboarding skills intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
