Overview

Tasks

-Utilize analytical instrumentation such as GC-MS for testing. -Maintain quality documentation following GMP protocols. -Conduct raw material testing and chemical analysis using wet chemistry techniques. -Ensure accurate batch records and use SAP for data management. -Perform Ph testing, viscosity, density, and NIR analysis. -Analyze samples for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of specific gravity, refractive index, melting point, and residue on ignition. -Strong understanding of GMP protocols and quality documentation. -Ability to conduct wet chemistry techniques and Ph testing. -Experience with instrumentation such as Gas Chromatography, NIR, and various wet chemistry techniques. -Candidate MUST have experience with GC-MS for 3 years -3-4 years of experience in food, flavor, or chemical GMP manufacturing environments, with pharmaceutical experience considered. -Proficiency in raw material testing and chemical analysis. -Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biological Sciences. -Experience with analytical instrumentation including GC-MS.
