Maintain and manage service center repair qualifications (Non-New Product Introduction).
Share best practices and lessons learned with AMRT engineers globally to drive consistency and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with AMRT development teams in Greenville, Warsaw, and Singapore to support deployment of new repair technologies and implement upgrade modifications for gas turbine components.
Support Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities within the service centers.
Deliver general engineering support to maintain operational excellence in global service centers.
Maintain Repair Engineering Instructions (REIs) and ensure timely updates to documentation.
Provide technical support for the resolution of Repair Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to ensure high-quality repair outputs.
Participate in and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations to address quality and process issues.

This role requires basic experience in the Engineering/Technology & Repair Development. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Experience with robotics and vision learning systems.
