- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
- A minimum of two (2) years of programming/systems analysis experience
- Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
- Experience in web application development using Web API
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Microsoft .Net framework to include Classic ASP
- Experience in code development using JavaScript and related frameworks
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
- Experience in systems analysis, design, development, and integration methodologies with Oracle databases
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida
