-Finishing works including painting, tiling, and interior elements -Coordinate with accounts team for payment processing -Prepare detailed bills of quantities for civil and finishing works -Quantity measurement and billing verification -Process interim payments and final billing for subcontractors -Measure completed work and verify contractor claims -Project cost tracking and reporting -Review and approve material consumption reports -Maintain project cost records and financial documentation
