-Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure estimates reflect project requirements. -Analyze historical project data to inform future estimates and improve accuracy. -Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for BMS projects, including hardware, software, and installation. -Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure all aspects of the project are considered. -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, trends, and BMS technologies. -Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and clarify scope. -Support the bidding process by preparing detailed proposals and assisting with commercial presentations.
