Tasks
-Participate in root cause analysis and report on findings. -Maintain calibration program - monitor / track critical equipment and instrumentation for all departments to ensure proper orientation and calibration, coordinate with outside calibration house, maintain records and perform in house calibrations. -Perform final product inspection and test. -Assist in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists. -Communicate with suppliers for miscellaneous quality items - i.e. material certifications, dimensional issues. -Inspect / test production components and subassemblies in accordance with procedures, specifications and mechanical drawings. -Maintain and post inspection results in quality inspection database. -Perform First Article Inspections. -Assist shipping department by receiving parts after normal hours.

What You Bring
-General experience working with Microsoft Excel. -Experience with power tools such as drill press -Mechanical aptitude. -General experience working with Microsoft Word. -General experience working with SAP ERP Business System -Technical training required in lieu of Associate Degree -High School Diploma or GED -General experience working with 3D CAD software, CMM and/or optical comparator -4+ Years Relevant Experience -Power Industrial Truck -Working knowledge or measuring instruments such as CNC video measuring systems, calipers, comparator, DMM, pin gages, force gage, drop indicator, surface tester, gage blocks, depth gage, durometer and thread gages. -Demonstrates clear, professional, and respectful verbal and written communication in all interactions, consistent with an inclusive work environment. -Must have ability to effectively communicate in English including reading, writing, speaking and listening. -4+ Years Layout inspection using GD&T -4+ Years Gage calibration -Associate Degree -Basic math skills.
