-Lead multi-stage RFPs and supplier negotiations -Prepare well-written business briefing documents for leadership review -Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies -Resolve escalated supplier or contract issues -Manage medium- to high-complexity projects with minimal oversight -Provide guidance on sourcing and category management best practices -Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent) -Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills -Experience in stakeholder engagement and building collaborative relationships -Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities -Initiative-driven, able to handle ambiguity and maintain focus -Operational supply chain experience is an asset -Experience in larger or complex organizations (e.g., Oil & Gas industry) is a plus
