-Hands on experience in DNV PHAST SAFETI, FLARESIM & other Process Safety software -Experience in Plot Plan and Equipment Layout optimization, Preparation of Escape route and safety equipment layout, Preparation of fireproofing schedule and drawings, F&G mapping -In depth knowledge of HSE Design/Process safety basis of design/Philosophies -Extensive experience in the execution of major capital projects as a process safety expert. -10 - 20+ Years for Process Safety Engineer (Onshore & Offshore) of Safety engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical industry, FPSO. -HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL/LOPA, QRA, ENVID, FERA, EERA, ALARP, 3-D model review - co-ordination with consultant and workshop participation. -Competent on issues of Refinery, Petrochemical plants, LPG & LNG Storage & Treatment facility, FPSO offshore production facilities, high pressure gas processing systems and oil/water/gas separation facilities.
