Tasks

Supervise and conduct testing activities for received materials, ensuring that all materials meet company requirements and compliance standards. -Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. -Delegate works to technician and helpers as directed from QC Laboratory – Senior Engineer / In Charge. -Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. -Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues. -Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. -Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. -Approving/Confirmation of Concrete Order for batch plant used if it is as per the approved concrete mix design. -Advise technician to test compressive strength test (7 and 28 days or as per client requirement) -Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment. -Creating Serial number as reference/representative of the produce product during the process for reporting and documentation purposes (internal/external usage) -Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates. -Review Supplier/Delivery documents against Purchase Order and Log to Material receiving once accepted. -Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. -Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions. -Training subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively. -Advise technician to prepare materials to perform concrete trial mix for the project and related requirements for continuous improvement. -Demolding reference for prestressed elements prior to being released and cut. -Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible. -Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
