Tasks

-Manage annual review and compensation processes across departments, including off-cycle increases and promotions. -Ensure data accuracy and handle all compensation matters with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism. -Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive and fair compensation. -Draft and maintain accurate job descriptions and respond to compensation-related questions from leaders and employees.

What You Bring

-Four (4) years of experience in a human resources or benefits function -Proficiency with Microsoft 365 desktop applications, expertise using Microsoft Excel -High‐level diligence and accuracy in execution of work and tasks -Proven independent sound decision making and critical thinking skills -Initiative‐taking, organized, responsive and professional -Two (2) years of compensation experience -Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with team members -Strong collaboration and teamwork skills -Clear and concise oral and written communication skills -Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, English, Communication, or related field -Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills
