Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate shipping/receiving, manage paperwork and driver communication.

Tasks

-Communicate with carriers to establish efficiency with shipping and delivery of products. -Direct carriers to dock doors upon arrival and update in system to ensure accuracy upon unloading/loading of goods and materials. -Assist with coordinating the activities of incoming and outgoing shipments. -Organize and prioritize workload, working with tight deadlines. -Verify shipping and receiving information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary -Sign drivers in and out.

What You Bring

-Fluency with both Spanish and English, including high proficiency in reading, writing and speaking. -Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail. -Flexible with schedule, including over-time, Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed. -Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Outlook and Word. -Minimum 1 year Shipping and Receiving administration experience required. -Good attendance record and good work ethic. -Ability to prioritize needs and reassess business demands. -Capable of working in a very fast-paced and ever-changing day-to-day operation while being able to stay on task and multi-task as needed. -Must be 18 years or older. -Typing speeds of 45+ wpm.
