Tasks

-Perform field surveys and hydrant flow tests -Perform hydraulic calculations and stock listing -Attend virtual and project coordination meetings -Design layouts of fire sprinkler systems, including coordination with other MEP trades -Provide occasional support to estimating department to prepare / review bid drawings

What You Bring

-Strong technical background in mechanical, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems -AutoSPRINK experience a plus -Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment -Possesses solid communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as organizational skills -Previous installation experience a plus -Possesses high-standards across the board- from your own contributions to the people you work with to the projects you work on. Your goal is to make a positive difference for the clients, each other, and the company. -At least 3+ years previous experience performing sprinkler design and calculations -Goal-oriented self-starter with strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) -NICET certification a plus -Knowledge of NFPA standards -Highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient -Self-motivated and flexible team player
