-Ensure compliance with post-acquisition requirements, Drive Post-Merger Financial Integration, and present to committees and stakeholders -Manage payroll and ensure compliance -Establish financial controls, Oversee quarterly/annual audits -Goal-oriented finance leader for acquired entity to ensure timely closure of books and submission of deliverables on a monthly basis -Effectively convey your insights and strategies to cross-functional team members and management -Assist in publishing monthly MIS in a timely manner, conducting financial data analysis, Variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting -Design and implement controls, Enhance process understanding, improvement, and alignment
