Tasks
-Create an environment (culture) that inspires people to generate novel solutions with measurable value for existing and potential customers (internal or external). Encourage experimentation with new ways to solve work problems and seize opportunities that result in unique and differentiated solutions. -Lend high priority to internal and external customers’ perspective when making decisions and taking action. Implement service practices that meet the customers’ and own organization’s needs. -Identify and leverage opportunities to accelerate results and build capability by assigning tasks and decision-making responsibilities to individuals or teams with clear boundaries, expectations, support, and follow-up. -Use own knowledge of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to understand and improve individual, team, and/or organizational results. -Establish an action plan for self and team members to complete work efficiently and on time by setting priorities, establishing timelines, and leveraging resources. -Encourage others to implement better approaches to address problems and opportunities. Lead the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace. -Liaise with internal/external customers to cater Resource/Project allocation management of the team. -Use effective involvement and persuasion strategies to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions that support specific work outcomes. -Ensure adherence to design guidelines, philosophies and PDP process for all team deliverables with an effort to harmonize design practices among all portfolios under ECC/IP restrictions. -Develop and leverage relationships within and across teams and/or organizational units to achieve results. -Focus and manage individual performance by helping others set performance goals. Track results and evaluate performance effectiveness. -Set high goals for personal and group accomplishment. Use measurement methods to monitor progress toward goals. Tenaciously work to meet or exceed goals while deriving satisfaction from that achievement and continuous improvement. -Be a link between the team and other parts of the organization, interpret stakeholders’ expectation, create and nurture an environment that supports high team performance. -Engage individuals in developing and committing to an action plan that targets specific behaviors, competences or knowledge needed to ensure performance improvement or prepare for success in new responsibilities. -Identify and understand problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information.
