The Role

Overview

Support employee surveys, data analysis, and reporting within L&D team.

Tasks

-Participate in project meetings and observe client interactions to understand applied practice. -Collaborate: Partner with team members on ad hoc projects related to learning, culture, or analytics. Connect with recent college graduates or other interns and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs. -Research: Conduct literature reviews and summarize research to support project -Reporting: Help prepare presentations and reports summarizing findings for internal stakeholders. Perform Quality Reviews for deliverables. -Data Management: Assist with data cleaning, coding, and integrating with other tools. -Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a project-based setting. -Anticipate needs and take action to support team goals. -Attention to Detail: Review data and written work carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness. -Data Analysis: Analyze information objectively and identify patterns. -Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain confidentiality. -Support survey design and distribution efforts for employee surveys (engagement, onboarding, exit, etc.) and learning evaluations.

-Team-first collaborator, the ability to communicate with clarity and kindness, take feedback, own mistakes, and treat teammates and partners with respect. -Familiarity with the following data collection and management tools is helpful but not required; training and guidance will be provided. -Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. -Adapt to new tools, methods, and approaches in a changing environment. -2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA -Basic Microsoft Office skills -Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills -Currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (or related field). -BI dashboards -Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program -Viva Glint -Attention to detail a must -Local candidates preferred. Must be willing and able to work in our Omaha office. -Proficient in Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
