Tasks

-Complete small roof, siding, and soft metal repairs. -Conduct siding validation tests and coordinate with suppliers for correct materials. -Conduct deficiency reviews with clients near the end of projects. -Perform site material matches to verify consistency and accuracy. -Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at all times. -Collaborate with project coordinators, installation managers and clients to address claim concerns. -Assist clients with color selection and review of claim repair scopes.

What You Bring

-Experience with XactAnalysis and/or CRM systems is an asset. -Minimum 3 years’ experience repairing roofing and siding. -Comfortable working at heights; valid fall protection certificate required. -Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. -Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems. -Knowledge of roofing, siding, and soft metals.
