-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for design and technical implementation. -Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. -Review and verify shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups. -Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure seamless translation of design into built form. -Manage project timelines, resolve design-related issues, and support the project team in achieving milestones. -Oversee on-site architectural and interior works to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.

What You Bring

We are looking for a Site Architect (Interior) who is passionate about design coordination, detailing, and delivering exceptional interior spaces from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage site execution effectively. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools. -Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and construction methods. -Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. -Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in interior fit-out or high-end residential/commercial projects.
