Tasks

-Ensure quality control across all technical drawings and interior details. -Produce detailed construction and interior drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD. -Work closely with architects and interior designers to develop layouts, sections, and joinery details. -Assist in preparing schedules, finishes, and FF&E documentation. -Participate in site visits and surveys to support accurate documentation and project delivery. -Translate design concepts into technical documents in compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards. -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.

What You Bring

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Interior Technician. In this role, you will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for workplace, data centres and commercial interior projects. -Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. -Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction methods. -Strong communication and coordination skills. -Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field. -Knowledge of sustainable design principles and material sourcing. -Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit a must -Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. -Experience with workplace, commercial interior projects. -Adobe Creative Suite. SketchUp or 3D rendering tools are a plus. -Experience with BIM workflows and documentation. -4+ years of experience working in a similar role, preferably with a focus on interiors.
