Tasks

-Assist Field Service Representatives (FSRs) with technical support before, during, and after outage execution. -Provide technical assistance to customers for breakdowns, troubleshooting, and operational issues. -Work with the sales and tendering team to prepare field service quotes, spare parts/tooling clarifications, and support technical customer meetings. -Collaborate with the project management team for outage preparation, execution, and follow-up activities. -Offer tooling support to the field service team and participate in site work for special cases when required. -Perform technical reviews and approve field service reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

What You Bring

-Proven expertise in commissioning and working in a Field Service environment. -Strong customer-facing skills with excellent communication abilities. -Experience with diverse steam turbine designs and operational environments is essential. -Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East region and beyond. -A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. -A minimum 3-5 years of successful field service and commissioning experience with industrial steam turbines in the Oil and Gas/Power Plant industry.
