Tasks

-Assist in the production of concrete blocks, including setting up, operating, and cleaning machinery and equipment. -Handle additional duties and projects as assigned by the management team. -Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and improve processes. -Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor. -Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures. -Conduct quality control inspections to maintain product standards. -Load and unload materials, products, and waste, ensuring accuracy and care.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. -Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various conditions. -Basic mechanical skills are advantageous. -Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required. -Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team. -Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings.
