Tasks

-Support business development in aviation including opportunity identification, relationship development, and marketing strategy. -Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support infrastructure investments -Advise on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) -Support marketing/pursuit efforts across the United States to develop a financial/business planning practice in aviation. -Debt service review and analysis (e.g., different types of bonds and financial impacts of each) -Bolster Garver’s new business/financial planning practice in the aviation industry, primarily related to capital improvement program financial planning and strategy. -Detailed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) financial planning including modeling for different project financing alternatives -Lead technical aspects of financial analysis work including the project types identified in the overview section.

What You Bring

-Effective at building and maintaining client relationships. -Knowledge and experience with Title 2, Part 200 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) – 2 CFR, Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. -10+ years experience in airport/aviation financial planning and modeling. -Previous consulting experience. -Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Aviation financial analysis experience with airside, terminal, and landside projects. -Ability to collaborate and cross sell other Garver services (e.g., engineering, planning, etc.). -Knowledge of airport revenue models, debt structures, and funding alternatives. -Financial planning and analysis, to include budgeting, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, sensitivity analysis, feasibility studies, and business cases -Ability to work quickly and efficiently. -Ability to convey complex financial messages using spreadsheets, dashboards, or other visualization methods. -Knowledge of FAA grant assurances.
