Safety and Security- A clear understanding of TRC and the clients safety and security procedures and expectations; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
Occasionally participates in project design activities.
Assembles equipment and contractor bid packages and bid evaluations.
Coordinates the procurement of tools, equipment, and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
Maintain all onsite documentation in an orderly and professional manner.
Manages the on-site safety program and makes sure client and TRC safety practices are followed.
Responsible for creating and managing client and subcontract change order requests and generating construction related change orders.
Quality- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.
Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications, quality, and the adherence to construction schedules.
Conducts construction activities within federal, state, local environmental rules and
Directs personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent
Evaluates plans, starting and completion times, and staffing requirements for each phase of construction projects.
Takes a lead role in resolving construction problems, procedures, and methods through work with engineering personnel, inspectors, contractors, and suppliers.
Effectively communicate with the project team, client and contractors.

Participates in company safety training activities.
Facilitates the resolution of work force complaints and grievances with labor representatives and project personnel.

Education and/or Experience- A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
