-Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal functionality. -Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce potential issues. -Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment. -Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades. -Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions. -Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in using hand and power tools. -Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems. -Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance. -Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams. -Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. -Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably on the 1st shift shift.
