What You Bring

-Geberit and Clos-o-Mat service training -Portable fire extinguisher servicing qualification -Basic Electrical Maintenance training -Facilities maintenance qualification -Mechanical or electrical knowledge (or both) -Full UK driving licence -PAT Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2377) -Original copies of qualifications may be required -Legionella Maintenance/Management certificate -Organised, tech-savvy, and confident in using digital systems -Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or compliance-related services -Understanding of electrical, water, fire, and asbestos safety requirements -BS 5389-1 Fire System Maintenance qualification -A Basic DBS check is required (arranged by Bromford)
