Tasks
-Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery. -Oversee project quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) to ensure the highest standards of design and safety. -Lead and manage complex municipal infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, and road systems. -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and contractors, maintaining strong working relationships. -Supervise, mentor, and develop junior and senior engineers to build strong project teams. -Guide the design, planning, and execution of projects from conception to completion, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including MS4, NPDES, and environmental permitting processes. -Actively contribute to firm-wide initiatives and strategies, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. -Provide expert technical advice on stormwater management, water/wastewater systems, and municipal infrastructure design. -Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client meetings, and identifying new opportunities.

What You Bring
-Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills. -Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables. -10+ years of experience in municipal engineering and project management. -Extensive experience managing municipal infrastructure projects and teams. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. -Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Ohio. -OHM Grad School -Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation. -Expertise in stormwater management, water/wastewater systems, and infrastructure design.
