Tasks
-Play a hands-on role in business growth, showroom design, and customer experience. -Develop and maintain profitable customer relationships, driving both new business and repeat sales. -Create reports and dashboards to deliver accurate, decision-ready information. -Build morale, engagement, and a high-performance culture. -Recruit, on-board, and retain top talent, ensuring continuous development. -Achieve and exceed ambitious residential sales targets through pipeline and performance management. -Streamline sales and ordering processes to enhance efficiency. -Ensure showrooms are maintained to the highest standards, with inspiring displays. -Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 12 showroom designers, including mentoring recent hires. -Represent the business at industry events and within the residential interiors market. -Analyse performance and trends to highlight opportunities and mitigate risks. -Strengthen supplier relationships to secure innovations and added value. -Forecast sales, profit margins, and overall financial performance. -Provide concise KPI updates in management meetings, focusing on actionable insights. -Ensure consistent use of KPIs across the sales team as a performance tool. -Work closely with marketing to increase showroom traffic and strengthen brand presence. -Provide product and design expertise to support showroom teams when needed. -Collaborate with senior leadership on showroom design, fit-outs, and customer flow. -Support operations to ensure seamless customer journeys from design through to installation. -Lead, coach, and shape a growing showroom team at an exciting stage of development. -Maintain clear, open communication between staff and management. -Improve designer hit rates and maximise all sales opportunities.

What You Bring
Please note: Only candidates with existing legal right to work in Ireland/UK can be considered at this time. -Ability to foster positive team culture and drive staff engagement. -Proven success in a senior sales role within kitchens, interiors, or the luxury residential sector. -Hands-on product/design knowledge, able to step in and guide the showroom team. -Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills. -Skilled in KPI and performance management, with data-driven decision-making. -Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating teams of 10+. -Commercially astute, with a track record of achieving multi-million-euro sales targets.
