Tasks

-Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, referrals, and engagement with passive candidates. -Leverage creative sourcing strategies, including social media, niche job boards, and industry events, to attract diverse talent. -Negotiate offers strategically, balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals to secure top talent. -Consult and advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies. -Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage. -Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process. -Partner with hiring leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business objectives. -Stay ahead of talent acquisition trends, incorporating innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies into hiring practices. -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Champion employer branding initiatives, ensuring the organization is positioned as an employer of choice in the marketplace. -Analyze and report recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

What You Bring
