Tasks

-Prepare specifications for materials, components, and production methods. -Utilize CAD software to produce preliminary and detailed design drawings. -Analyze test data and compare results with similar designs to improve functionality and efficiency. -Collaborate with the design team to create sketches, layouts, and detailed plans. -Develop control systems and oversee aspects of the production process. -Design and develop products such as engines, machines, instruments, controls, or robotics systems. -Build and test models or prototypes to evaluate design performance.

What You Bring

-Proficient with computer-assisted design (CAD) software. -Minimum of five (5) years of relevant engineering experience preferred. -Excellent mechanical and technical proficiency. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred. -Must be able to access and inspect all areas of machinery and equipment. -Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer workstation. -Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
