What You Bring

-Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. -Hands-on exposure to operations, manufacturing, and project management functions. -Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. -Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. -A 6-month immersive learning experience beginning Spring 2026.
