Tasks

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic coordination and operational support, ensuring the effective delivery of group programs and work plans. You will play a key role in driving transformation initiatives, managing monthly reporting, and coordinating projects for the Corporate Services Senior Leadership Group (SLG). You will also oversee the administration of monthly PLG operational meetings and present a cohesive dashboard to track progress across Corporate Services. -Lead and manage group reporting against agreed performance and timeline targets, including monthly reporting. -Organise and facilitate quarterly cross-team meetings. -Lead and coordinate project-related tasks and general administration as agreed with the EGM. -Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Corporate Services SLG. -Coordinate the development and execution of group programs and work plans, including financial, administrative, systems, information management, and customer service activities.

What You Bring

-Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision. -Proven experience in a similar role within a medium to large corporate environment. -Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service focus, with experience engaging senior internal and external stakeholders. -Highly developed organisational skills and flexibility to manage competing priorities within strict timelines. -Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. -Experience in coordinating programs and ensuring adherence to key milestones. -Strong attention to detail and project coordination capabilities.
