Tasks

-Ensure customers are provided with excellent service by providing multiple solutions and options. -Conduct preventative maintenance covered by warranties and ensure HVAC systems are operating effectively. -Address any installation or service concerns with clients promptly. -Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain the necessary replacement parts for services. -Maintain records of warranty repairs, parts, and services provided. -Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained. -Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems following warranty procedures.

What You Bring

-May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time. -Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems -Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the -Strong communication and customer service skills -3+ years of residential Warranty experience -May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing -May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run. -Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills -Have ongoing knowledge of code compliance and regulations.
