What you would be doing

Manage start date changes including updates to Oracle and re-issue of documentation.
Respond to training-related queries and monitor completion reports.
Follow up on outstanding tasks allocated on the preboarding journeys for new starters and people managers such as, IT Equipment orders, emergency contact and banking information.
Act as a point of contact for peer partners queries.
Ensure onboarding tasks are completed by new starters and People Managers and provide support where required.
Respond to all queries from new starters and People Managers.
Address training assignment issues and liaise with HSEQ for health and safety training.
Send welcome emails and provide access to onboarding resources.
Oversee completion of preboarding checks (right to work, education, employment references) and notify candidates of outcomes.
Coordinate early careers activities, including office visits and first-day arrangements.
Host first-week welcome calls and maintain new starter content on internal platforms.
Ensure new starters are invited to welcome events and attendance is recorded.

Proven experience in onboarding, HR administration, or employee lifecycle coordination.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and professional approach to handling queries via phone, email, and chatbot.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle) and other digital platforms.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
Comfortable hosting virtual welcome calls and liaising with stakeholders across teams and departments.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up, particularly in chasing outstanding tasks and resolving training issues.
