The Role

Overview

Tasks

-Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure operational reliability and safety -Lead terminal operations (during 2nd shift) to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant cement handling and distribution -Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to optimize logistics and service delivery -Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipments to meet customer demand -Supervise and develop terminal staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
