Tasks

-Liaise and coordinate with Authorities, Client and Consultant Team for the project(s) involved; -Conceptualise concept and schematic designs; -Responsible for the design, code compliance, project and contract administration of the project(s) involved; -Ensures design quality; -Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues; -Assist the Team Lead to oversee, guide and work with the project team to prepare deliverables based on the project needs. -Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications; -Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals;

What You Bring

-Experience in healthcare projects. -Conversant with local codes and regulations. -Desired software proficiencies: Applicants are expected to possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with design and graphics software, specifically Revit, Rhino, Illustrator, and Photoshop, among others; -Flair in design, ability to sketch fast and produce good design concepts; -Must be a registered architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore; -Competent in construction details, and able to do design development; -Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices; -Graduated with a Degree or Masters in Architecture -Minimum 10-15 years of relevant architectural experience running BIM projects;
