Tasks

-Perform general and specific equipment inspections -Diagnose and repair electrical problems in domestic electrical systems, including but is not limited to fault-finding, panel changes, generator installation, knob and tube removal, home rewiring etc. -Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations -Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications -Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements. -Educate customers on electrical work in homes -Accurately estimate repair costs, fixed right the first time and continual value-added communication with the homeowner -Represent Reliance in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call. -Explain the value of Reliance products, services and programs on every call

What You Bring

-Excellent verbal and communication skills -Must have Red Seal Electrician License -Experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanics an asset -Outstanding customer service skills -Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position -Master Electrician preferred but not required -Must have a driver’s license with clean drivers abstract -Consistent work with a predictable and stable work schedule -Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
