Oversee maintenance, repairs, make‑readies and projects for an apartment community.

What You Bring

-Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. -Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. -Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates. -Some computer knowledge helpful. -Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. -Knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills. Knowledge of city and state building codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA laws. -Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks. -Ability to manage priorities and workflow. -Two to four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. -Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. -Ability to perform the physical labor necessary. -Strong interpersonal skills. -Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and cautions.
