The Role
Overview
Install, maintain, and lead electronic security systems projects.

Tasks
-Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level. -Create and manage Project schedule Integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems -Forecast and Manage Project Labor Hours Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Subordinates -Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory Performing Take off project drawings Create, -Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events). -Programming and Installation of head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems. -Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits. -Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders. -Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance. -Guide and Mentor Technicians -Document and Track RFIs. -Leading teams on Large complex installation projects with limited supervision. -Documenting daily reports and project progress. -Installing and Maintain equipment at both the local and global level per design packages. -May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools. -Lead the on-site software commissioning and testing. -Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.

What You Bring
-Open and transparent communication with senior leadership as well as local office management. -An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities -The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to [50 pounds] on a regular basis. Candidates must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform various tasks, including but not limited to, loading, and unloading, operating equipment, and assisting in the transportation of various materials. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety. -Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or -Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams. -Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis. -Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy -Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. -Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English. -8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs -Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus. -Must be able to travel 50%. -Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems & certifications and experience in installation of said systems. -Requires a Valid driver's license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. -HS diploma or GED Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or -Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills. -Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program -3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems -Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
