-Provide operational support to senior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives -Help build financial models and perform preliminary valuation analyses under guidance from senior colleagues -Support M&A project teams in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions -Coordinate logistics for due diligence processes, including data room management and stakeholder communications -Contribute to the preparation of internal documentation, reports, and presentation materials -Participate in project meetings and support cross-functional collaboration -Learn transaction structuring, integration planning, and strategic evaluation through hands-on involvement -Assist in gathering and analyzing market data, industry trends, and company profiles to support opportunity assessments

-Curiosity and motivation to develop expertise in transaction execution and strategic evaluation -Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy -Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment -Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to shared goals -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field -Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling -3-5 years of experience in M&A, in a field such as corporate development, Private Equity, Banking, or financial consulting -Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation principles, and market analysis
