You can manage complex projects, motivate diverse teams, and engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels. -Chartered Architect (RIBA or equivalent). -Ability to obtain or hold active UK Security Clearance (SC). -Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and the NBS specification system. -Proven experience managing architectural or construction projects within the defence sector. -Proficiency in project management tools and software. -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Familiarity with traditional and NEC procurement and contracting processes.
