Tasks

-Manage rotas, timesheets, budgets, and stock levels efficiently. -Conduct regular quality audits and drive continuous improvement. -Support your Line Manager with compliance, documentation, and operational excellence. -Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, reporting and addressing hazards promptly. -Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results. -Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring all services meet client SLAs and company standards.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations. -Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. -Experience in a Soft FM, Support Service environment (12+ Months) -Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification. -IT literacy and basic numeracy.
