Lead software test engineer designing test architecture & automation for railway systems.

Tasks

-Work with real hardware setups and simulations to validate system behavior. -Review requirement and architecture specifications, deploy testing resources, and manage testing efforts across engagements. -Lead software integration testing teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Project Managers, Architects, etc.) to ensure high product quality. -Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Python, with a preference for experience in Playwright. -Conduct and coordinate API testing and contribute to testing of Kafka-based systems. -Design and implement test architecture, test strategies, test plans, and test specifications. -Apply metrics and measurements to assess testing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. -Define and track KPIs to measure and improve product quality. -Set up and manage automated test pipelines integrated with CI/CD tools.
