Tasks

The IT Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy aligned with business goals, supporting our expansion into the UK market, and leading a high-performing, cross-functional IT team. You’ll ensure that technology supports both operational excellence and commercial success, while maintaining a secure and scalable infrastructure across markets. -Champion change management initiatives as new systems and processes are introduced. -Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance. -Ensure data security, privacy compliance (including GDPR), and cyber risk mitigation across all platforms. -Monitor technology trends and assess their potential impact on the business. -Deliver IT projects on time and within budget, using agile or hybrid methodologies. -Evaluate and deploy solutions that support growth in both B2B and B2C channels. -Lead the organization in the delivery of ISO27001. -Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements. -Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to support installation and field service, customer experience, sales platforms, and digital tools. -Lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives to enhance product and service delivery. -Lead, mentor, and grow the internal IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. -Lead disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and regulatory compliance efforts. -Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology drives business value. -Develop and implement an IT roadmap aligned with business growth across Ireland and the UK.

What You Bring

-Minimum 7–10 years of IT leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment. -Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. -Experience supporting commercial operations, including CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms. -Knowledge of Microsoft stack in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft AD, and the power platform. -Proven experience managing teams across multiple geographies. -Demonstrated ability to align IT with business objectives in a commercially savvy way. -Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS applications in particular Microsoft Azure or AWS.
