To lead the software requirements engineering process for Kavach and ETCS SIL 4 products, ensuring compliance with EN50128 and CENELEC standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Gather, analyze, and document software requirements from system specifications and stakeholder inputs.
Participate in requirement review meetings and sign-off processes.
Prepare and maintain Software Requirements Specification (SWRS) and related artifacts.
Ensure requirements are clear, consistent, verifiable, and traceable across design, implementation, and testing.
Maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements, design, and test cases using tools like DOORS, Polarion, or Jama.
Manage requirement changes through formal change control processes.
Work closely with software architects, designers, and testers to ensure correct implementation of requirements.

Hands-on experience with Kavach and ETCS SIL 4 software development.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
Worked on Indian Railway Kavach software and ETCS SIL 4 software modules.
