What You Bring

-Engineering Intern (EI) license required. -Proficiency with, MicroStation, Open Roads Designer (ORD), 3D Modeling etc. -2+ years of relevant highway design experience. -Knowledge: Apply a strong understanding of transportation engineering principles, including roadway geometry, pavement design, traffic control, and stormwater management. -Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program. -Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. -Experience with project delivery of State Agency Transportation Departments – Delaware preferred. -Familiarity with state and federal highway design regulations and guidelines.
