Tasks

Support the delivery of a cost-effective, competitive repairs service covering day-to-day maintenance, cyclical works, refurbishment void works, home servicing, and other building-related projects. Ensure all services are delivered to the required quality and within agreed timescales, meeting relevant Key Performance Indicators. Provide out-of-hours support to Thrive Homes on a rotational basis.

What You Bring

Thrive Homes is seeking two experienced Electrical Engineers (Responsive) to join our Property Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality maintenance works, ensuring services are completed to a professional standard and in line with company plans and legal requirements. Proven experience in domestic repair, installation, maintenance, and testing. Specific roles within Thrive are subject to a basic DBS check, the successful applicant(s) will be contacted by our People Team if this applies to their role. Due to the nature of the role, you will hold a Full driving licence for use in the UK. Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations. 18th Edition City & Guilds 2382. Certificate in Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671).
