Overview

Tasks

-Develop and implement strategies to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines. -Report findings and coordinate corrective actions as needed. -Collaborate with internal teams, including design, PMC, and execution, to ensure alignment with project goals. -Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing work and verify compliance with project specifications. -Maintain effective communication with clients to address their needs and expectations. -Identify and resolve potential delays, mitigating risks to project schedules. -Facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders to keep tasks on track. -Audit PMC work to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and proper execution of tasks. -Update and maintain accurate project information in the companys internal CRM system. -Provide regular updates on project progress to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. -Ensure PMC performance aligns with project requirements and quality benchmarks. -Monitor PMC activities and address any gaps or delays proactively. -Ensure transparency and availability of project data for reporting and analysis.

What You Bring
