Tasks

You'll work directly under the Lead Superintendent and Field Operations Manager to help manage site coordination, schedule execution, and subcontractor oversight on a complex, ground-up tower. For driven candidates, this role offers a clear pathway toward full Superintendent responsibilities within a structured and growing pipeline of projects. -Maintain accurate daily reports, safety documentation, and inspection logs. -Assist with site logistics, deliveries, and staging plans in tight urban conditions. -Enforce site safety protocols and company standards for cleanliness, compliance, and professionalism. -Coordinate trades and direct self-perform labor to ensure schedule, safety, and quality benchmarks are met. -Support daily field operations across all phases, from site prep and foundation through superstructure and finishes. -Interface with project management, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve field issues proactively.

What You Bring

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holders only -Exposure to reinforced concrete and/or steel superstructures, MEP systems, and vertical logistics in NYC. -3-5 years of experience on ground-up multifamily or high-rise residential construction projects. -Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite safety standards. -Proficiency with field documentation tools (e.g., Procore, Raken, or similar). -Exposure to large-scale residential developments in a self-performing environment. -Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required. -OSHA 30 certified or willing to obtain prior to start.
