Tasks

-Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community features -Enter service requests and coordinate with the maintenance team -Monitor advertising platforms and provide insight into digital performance -Help maintain curb appeal and inspect vacant units for show-readiness -Maintain up-to-date resident files and support retention and renewal efforts -Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in -Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and residents -Assist with vendor or contractor access to units when needed -Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policies -Collect applications, deposits, and other move-in funds -Promote the property through outreach efforts and marketing ideas -Prepare competitive market surveys and analyze leasing trends

What You Bring

-One or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred -Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies -Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills -High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred -Basic computer proficiency; comfort with digital tools -Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
