Tasks

-Contribute to employer branding efforts – including social media presence, recruitment marketing campaigns, and storytelling – to attract candidates aligned with our mission and values. -Manage candidate experience ensuring positive interactions throughout the recruitment process -Maintain ongoing focus on pipeline development for critical and recurring roles to enable proactive and scalable hiring. -Identify opportunities, create partnerships, attend events and track ROI for university relationships, professional associations, talent communities and other networks to diversify and increase talent pipeline and expand brand awareness -Utilize recruitment tools and platforms including job boards and ATS systems -Ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruiting standards, including EEOC guidelines -Collaborate with People Business Partner team on workforce planning, job structures and compensation alignment -Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system, related recruiting technologies -Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all hiring processes to attract a broad and representative talent pool. -Collaborative work with cross-functional teams including marketing and leadership -Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide insights -Execute full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates, ensuring an inclusive, high-quality and efficient process -Build, nurture and maintain talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and proactive relationship management -Manage ServiceTrade’s intern program, from program design, onboarding to offboarding, measuring effectiveness and optimization -Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success profiles, and develop tailored and effective recruitment strategies

What You Bring

-Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguous situations -Professional discretion when handling confidential candidate and business information -5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting GTM, Engineering, Product, and G&A roles in a SaaS or tech environment. -Strong sourcing skills using various channels including social media, job boards, and networking -Consultative approach with hiring managers and ability to build strong relationships -Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously -Curiosity and interest in technology and AI tools for enhancing recruitment processes -Advanced communication skills and experience successfully working with executives -Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation -Dental and Vision with Unum -Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies -Medical with Blue Cross Blue Shield NC (2 options) -Data-driven mindset with ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics
